Leconte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection Pigeon Forge

Courteous staff, marvellous breakfast, had a such great stay overall in a convenient yet quiet location. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to off the Parkway and Pigeon Forge and shopping restaurants. I tried some drinks at bar Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, located 15 minutes walk away.

This hotel was nice base for exploring Pigeon Forge, liked it.

Everything was excellent, had a pleasant stay at the time of visit. The room was updated with a balcony creek or pool view and the staff was attentive.

We really enjoyed this clean hotel with a neat lobby. The food was fresh, with a wide range of options. The venue was placed in the central location near everything.

Every detail was good and I liked it. Continental breakfasts with the muffin and juice, as for instance was healthy.

Their staff were not very good.

Very good staff and rooms, quick check-in. The room was immaculate with 2 queen beds, I liked it. Better choose this place to stay when in Pigeon Forge.

We liked it, the hotel was affordable and had excellent location and staff. The venue room was cozy with a separate bedroom. The breakfast was included and had good choice of meals.

We were there for 1 day, everything was wonderful, loved its beautiful location so close to the area attractions, the park and Dollywood and Dollywood splash park. Warm breakfasts with the muffin for breakfast, juice.

Some people working there were poor.

Terrific hotel with perfect location close enough to everything, and the breakfast was tasty. The staff were approachable and informative as well, would definitely come back there.

Fairly clean, cozy hotel, there was a neat lobby. Easy check-in and the staff was accommodating. A very nice stay with a very clean swimming pool.

Quiet hotel, breakfast each day was quick and the location close to everything was unbeatable. I enjoyed my room, it was large & cozy.

I enjoyed my 3-nights stay. The location was STUNNING, for example, The Island was at a medium distance from the hotel. The food I tried was great and they have lots of meals to choose from.

The hotel was top rated, and I liked responsive staff and tasteful room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and flat-screen television, big windows and separate lounge. All in all everything was terrific, though I had uncomfortable bathroom. Historic location just a short walk away from the island.

Views were not bad.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was freshly cooked. Room was well laid out and practical, at least for me. The view was magnificent.

Miniature place & ideal room that was long. We went to the poolside bar and tried finger food and pizza. Special view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. Staff in the hotel was impeccable. It was short walk to Dollywood, center, decent location overall. The service in general was efficient!

Extremely quiet location, affable staff and extremely pleasant rooms, complimentary wi-fi. Fresh made breakfast, particularly pastries, fruit, breads, meats and cheese. Tea/coffee and rug in the room and the amazing bed. Good service provided there too.

Food was lovely, staff was outstanding. It was within walking distance of Ihop, where you can have lunch.

It was clean place, staff were fast, and I appreciated my practical room.

The quite comfortable location, the consistently courteous staff and updated rooms. Based in a pretty quiet area. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have fine beds

For us it was a perfectly fine place to stay. Room had an always clean bathroom that we loved. Heated pool too.

We truly enjoyed views and location of this venue. The room had its own balcony. Moreover, hotel offered us free Wi Fi. Our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge😀

smoky mountain car museum was within walking distance. one could dine at restaurants such as chocolate monkey 5 minutes away.
